Lodge rates and rules: Lodging/Guide Fees: $350.00/ day/ for 1 hunter to 1 guide or 300/day/ for 2 hunters to 1 guide; and non-hunters $150. (with hunting party). All persons to sign release forms at lodge when entering ranch. Tall Grass Safari Outfitters runs a “you bleed, you buy” policy. This policy means any animal that is killed or wounded must me paid for in full. Additional services provided on request.
Payment: Must be paid in full the day your hunting party's hunt is to depart. Wire Transfers, and Cash are acceptable payments, no Credit cards.
Daily Rates include:
- Airport pick up and drop-off from San Angelo
- Hunting guide
- 4X4 vehicle
- Firearms (if need)
- Private Chef
- Meals, Table Juice, Soft Drinks, Coffee
- Liquor in Moderation
- Infield pictures of Trophies
- Infield care of Trophies
- Transport of trophies to approved TGSO Taxidermist.
Daily Rate excludes:
- Trophy Fees of Animals Bagged or Wounded; TGSO runs a “you Bleed you Buy Policy.”
- Hotel or Motel Accommodations before and after the Safari if needed.
- Taxidermist fees
- Other expenses that do not pertain to the hunt itself.
- Resident and or non-Resident Texas hunting licenses.
Terms of Business:
- To Confirm a Booking and Secure Dates, a Deposit of 50% of the Total Daily Rate is required. The Balance of the Daily Rate is Payable at Least 30 Days before the Commencement of the Safari.
- Cashier Checks, Wire Transfers or Cash will be accepted as Payment. No Credit Cards or personnel Checks.
- There will be No Refund on Cancellations.
- All Hunting Clients and Observers are to Sign both a Ranch Release Form and a TGSO Release Form upon arriving on the Property and before and Hunt is to Commence
- Prices are Subject to Change without Notice due to Circumstances out of our control.
- Before any hunt is to Commence all Hunting Clients must have their Hunting permits and Shoot their Firearm or Bow, Whether that is their Personal Firearm/Bow or a TGSO Firearm/Bow this prevents wounded game.
- TGSO Runs a “You Bleed You Buy Policy” This means any animal that is taken or wounded must be paid in full.
